Q. What's the smallest laundry room SDI
would consider installing laundry

A. We have buildings with one washer and one dryer in the laundry room,
serving as few as four to five apartments
per building.
Q. Will you provide monetary compensation
to improve the overall appearance
of my laundry room?
A. In many cases, we will paint the
laundry facility. In some instances, we
will provide vinyl floor tile. If the building
so chooses, however, we will provide a
one-time decorating allowance to be
used at the discretion of the
owner/building manager..
