FULL DESIGN AND INSTALLATION SERVICE
In many cases, we will paint, and if needed, provide vinyl floor tile. We can also provide a one-time decorating allowance to be used at the discretion of the owner or manager.
CUSTOMIZED CONTRACTS
We install and service all equipment and keep it in good working order at all times. A typical contract lasts eight years, and cycle pricing is based on your needs.
MEETING RESIDENTS’ NEEDS
Smart cards are distributed to residents when the contract starts, and new residents can get a card from building staff or through our website.
